California Proposition 65
Our vendors work diligently with their global supply chain to ensure complete compliance with prop 65. Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that can cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Exposure to these chemicals may take place when products are acquired or used. Exposure may also occur in homes, workplaces, or other environments in CA. Prop 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.
Product Safety Testing
Our vendors conduct ongoing laboratory tests on a vast majority of their products. They test for safety features and components, materials used, intended product functionality, and legally required chemical compositions.
